I have been teaching at Ray Thompson Elementary since the Spring of 2006.
My 1st year I taught 2nd Grade, and since then I have been teaching Kindergarten. I have a B.S. in Early Childhood Education, which I obtained from Alabama A&M University. Go Bulldogs! I am very passionate about what I do. I set high expectations for my students, because I know that my students are more than capable of reaching those goals. Besides being a teacher I have another very important job, which is, being the best mommy I can to my beautiful daughter Aurielle. I love shopping, playing trivia games, and spending time with my family. I have had some very memorable moments since becoming a teacher, and I know there are many more to come.
